Coleman Tent Trailer
We sold our first tent trailer and hadn't really decided what to do next. We found this one and knew it was right.
It's a 2000 Coleman. It's about the same size as our old one, but has a refrigerator, heater and hot water tank. And, a porta potty.

Dash Point State Park
July 22-24, 2005
Dash Point State Park, Federal Way, Site #37 & 39
Who: Eric, Dianne, Joshua, Elsa, Nora, Peps Group
Park is really nice even though basicallky in downtown Federal Way. Beach is a short walk away. Most sites are large and fairly well spaced. Our 2 sites together made for a very big, rather private area - very nice.
All 4 babies did great - played well together in they play yard and napped and slept well. Joshua took a 3-1/2 hour nap on Saturday!
Friday morning was raining, but by the time we left for camping, it was nice and sunny. Warm all weekend - would have been hot without all the trees.
We had sold our tent trailer, so we were borrowing the Novion's 1992 trailer they had just bought. They didn't have the adapter to connect to the power, so Eric had to wire together a plug ad extension cord to make it work. It also took awhile to get the water to work and to keep the sink and water tank from leaking. (We had thought they had gotten a great deal, but we were quickly realizing it may not have been so good after all. Now we know better what to look for in our next one. )

Staircase
June 10-12, 2005
Site #18 & 20
Who: Eric, Dianne, Joshua, Dan & Holly Allin, Jeff, Elsa & Nora Kemps, and Eric, Amanda & Adriana (Kemps friends)
Weather was great - a few sprinkles on Friday, but nice on Saturday and Sunday. Nicer than back home!
We got great sites along the river. Spacious and pretty. We hiked up the rapids on Saturday afternoon.
All 3 babies were very well behaved and seemed to have a good time.
We took the ferry over, but as it cost us $53 for the car/trailer, we drove around on the way back. Driving around took the same amount of time as the ferry route - 2-1/2 hours.
