Deschutes River Recreation Area

Deschutes River State Recreation Area, Oregon

Who: Eric, Dianne, Joshua, Nora, Ali, Matthew, the Jensen's

Joshua loved the swimming hole.  Hookup sites are very small.  The trailer fit, but not sure a motorhome would. 

Our friends brought their boat and we had fun going out on the river. 

Steamboat Rock State Park

Who: Dianne,  Joshua, Nora, Ali, Hannah

Really nice park. Excellent swimming both in the river and at the official swimming area. Great playground, but it's a super long walk from many of the sites.  We drove to the playground each time.  Dianne's first time backing up the trailer - did a pretty good job!

Near Grand Coulee Dam which was fun to visit.
